摘　　要：针对医学专业图书馆参考咨询服务与管理现状,分析其困境与发展,并结合湖北省疾病预防控制中心预防医学信息研究所开展参考咨询服务的实践,探讨医学专业图书馆网络环境下拓展参考咨询服务工作的措施,包括找准定位,扩展参考信息源,基于网络开展多种方式服务等。Aiming at the reference service and management status in medical library, the paper analyzes the difficulties and development, discusses the feasible measures to extend reference service under the network environment in medical library combining with the reference service practices from Institute of Preventive Medicine Information, CDC in Hubei province, including aligning the position, expanding the reference resources, carrying out various types of services based on the network, etc.
