摘　　要：临床医学图书馆员参与查房、会诊、病历讨论等临床工作是医院图书馆服务模式的重大变革。阐述临床医学图书馆员工作的意义与作用,主要职责与任务,应具备的知识技能和自身素质,旨在倡导和促进临床医学图书馆员工作在国内的实施和发展。Clinical Medical Librarians participating in clinical work such as ward rounds, consultation, case discussion is a significant change of service mode in medical libraries. The paper describes the meanings and functions, main responsibilities and tasks, acquired knowledges and skills as well as own quality of clinical medical librarians, in order to advocate and promote the implementation and development of clinical medical librarian work in our country.
