摘　　要：改革开放以来,我国在利用国外贷款方面取得了重大成就,积累了不少有益的经验,但也存在一些问题。通过对这些问题的分析,提出了一些有益的措施,以有利于我们更好地利用国外贷款,促进我国经济的快速发展和社会的全面进步。Since the reformation and open - door policy, China has attracted a lot of foreign loans same time, has accumulated a lot of experience in using them. However, there exist a lot of problems. and, at Through analysis of these problems, this thesis puts forward some beneficial countermeasures to make good use of the foreign loans to speed up Chinese economy and social development.
