摘　　要：运算放大器(OPERATIONAL AMPLIFIER)是模拟电路中最重要和最通用的单元电路之一。基于0.5umCMOS混合工艺设计了一种三级CMOS运算放大器,它具有放大倍率高,静态功耗低,适合大规模集成等特点。Operational amplifier is one of most important and widely-used component of analog circuit. In this article, a three stage CMOS operational amplifier is introduced, which is based on 0.5um bi-CMOS process. This amplifier has high amplify gain and low static power. It adapt to be integrated in large scale integrated circuits.
