摘 要:以工业生产线上失效的三价铬蓝白钝化废液为对象,通过添加某些组分来改善钝化液的性能,并延长其使用寿命。结果表明,添加Cr3+能够提高钝化件的耐蚀性,添加Co2+能够恢复钝化件的蓝色光泽,添加复合有机酸能改善钝化件的外观和耐蚀性,添加F?对钝化液性能的影响较小。同时添加Cr3+、Co2+和复合有机酸能明显改善钝化件的外观和耐蚀性,实现钝化液钝化性能的恢复。Some components were added to a spent blue-white trivalent chromium passivation bath from industrial production line to improve its performance and extend its service life. The results showed that adding Cr^3+ can improve corrosion resistance, adding Co^2+ or organic acid compound can recover blue gloss of passivation film, and adding F^- has little effect on the performance of passivation bath. The simultaneous addition of Cr^3+, Co^2+ and organic acid compound can apparently improve the appearance and corrosion resistance of passivation film, thus achieving the recovery of spent passivation bath.
