摘 要:利用熔融共混的加工工艺制备PP/微晶白云母/纳米SiO2复合材料,考察了不同处理方法及用量的纳米SiO2、微晶白云母对PP基体的影响,结果表明:用硅烷偶联剂表面处理纳米SiO2、微晶白云母,并用马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯(PE-g-MAH)做相容剂,当PP/微晶白云母/纳米SiO2为100/30/1时,复合体系的综合力学性能最优。通过扫描电镜(SEM),对复合材料的微观结构进行了表征,证明了纳米SiO2、微晶白云母能均匀的分散于PP基体中,从而起到了良好的改性作用。PP/micro-crystal muscovite/nano-SiO2 composite was prepared by melt blending process. The properties of PP matrixes with varied contents and types of nano-SiO2 was studied. The results indicated that: use silane KH-550 to modify microcrystal muscovite, and use polyethylene by grafting maleic anhydride as the compatibilizer and toughening agent the mechanical properties are the highest as the blend ratio of PP/micro-crystal muscovite/SiO2 is 100/30/1. The compostites was analyzed and characterized by scanning electron microscope(SEM).The results demonstrated that the surface modified nano-SiO2, micro-crystal muscovite was homogeneously dispersed dispersed in the PP matrix, therefore it had good modification effect on PP.
