摘 要:目的探讨产前应激对子代大鼠脑干诱发电位(ABR)及耳蜗核组织中脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)表达的影响。方法将孕鼠随机分为对照组和应激组,应激组孕鼠在妊娠第1~14天给予束缚应激,对照组孕鼠正常妊娠分娩。两组新生鼠分别测试ABR,之后处死,用免疫组化法检测其耳蜗核组织中的BDNF。结果与对照组相比,应激组ABR各波潜伏期延长、阈值增高(P均〈0.05),耳蜗核组织BDNF表达降低(P〈0.05)。结论产前应激可影响子代听觉系统的发育,其机制可能是子代耳蜗核组织BDNF表达减少。Objective To investigate the effects of prenatal stress on ABR and the expession of brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF) in cochlear nucleus of offspring rats.Methods The pregnant rats were randomly divideded into stress group and control group.The stress group was treated restraint stress during pregnant from the first to the fourtenth day.The control group had normal pregnancy in rats.The newborn rats were tested ABR before executed and examined by immunohistochemical method to analyze the expression of BDNF in cochlear nucleus.Results Compared with the control group,the stress group′s ABR response threshold increased and the latency preiods of Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ were extended(P0.05),and the stress group had lower expression of BDNF(P0.05).Conclusion Prenatal stress may affect the auditory nerve system′s development of the offspring rats and its mechanism may be that the expression of BDNF in cochlear nucleus is decreased.
