外耳道腺样囊性癌的诊断及治疗

摘　　要：目的探讨外耳道腺样囊性癌的诊治方法。方法对12例腺样囊性癌患者的临床资料作分析。结果本组患者的主要症状为耳痛、外耳道肿块、血性耳漏、听力下降、面瘫、张口困难,从出现症状到确诊的时间平均为2.5 a,均经病理检查确诊。手术治疗后随访1~10 a,9例存活、肿瘤无复发。结论外耳道腺样囊性癌进展缓慢,活检是早期诊断的关键,治疗主要采用手术疗法。Objective To assess the diagnosis and trentment methods of the adenoid cystic carcinoma of external auditory canal.Method A retrospective analysis was performed on 12 patients with ACCEAC by their clinical materials.Results The main symptoms in this group were earache,external auditory canal mass,hearing loss,bloody secretions,trismus,palsy,the period from the appearance of primary symptoms to definite diagnosis averaged was 2.5 years.All patients were comfirmed by pathological examination,and were followed up from 1 year to 10 years.9 cases were alive,no metastasis.Conclusion The ACCEAC has progressed slowly,accurate biopsy is the key point to early diagnose,surgery is mainly treated method.
