摘　　要：目的观察Labbe静脉的形态及其与大脑中浅静脉和横窦的关系。方法15具(30侧)成人尸头,分别经颞下入路开颅并取出整个大脑,在手术显微镜下观察Labbe静脉的形态、数目及其与与大脑中浅静脉的关系,并测量其管径。结果30侧大脑半球共发现Labbe静脉31条,单干型16条、双干型6条、三干型1条。Labbe静脉与大脑中浅静脉交通,汇入横窦。左侧Labbe静脉管径为(1.48±0.55)mm、右侧为(1.42±0.64)mm。结论Labbe静脉有单干、双干及三干型,管径细,与大脑中浅静脉交通并汇入横窦。Objective To observe the type and the entrance point of the Labbe vein and its relation to transerse sinus and superficial middle cerebral vein in order.Methods Subtemporal approach and taking out of the hole brains were applied in 15 adult cadaver heads with perfusion of vassels under operating mgcroscop.Observation items involved the form and the caliber of the Labbe vein and its anastomosis veins.Results There were 31 Labbe veins in 30 cerebral hemispheres.The main types of the Labbe veins were single（16）,double（6）,and tris（1）.The caliber of the left Labbe vein was（1.48±0.55） mm,the right was（1.42±0.64）mm.The labbe veins were continuous with middle and superficial cerebral vein,and converged to transerse sinus.Conclusions The types of the Labbe veins are single,double and tris,it′s caliber is small.Labbe veins are continuous with middle and superficial cerebral vein,and converges to transerse sinus.
