摘 要:介绍了西南化工研究设计院新开发的C312型中低压合成甲醇催化剂,并对其性能进行了实验评价。在压力5.0MPa,温度250℃,空速10000h-1,原料气体积组成为CO12.0%~17.0%、CO23.0%~4.5%、N21.0%~12.0%、H270%~74%的条件下,甲醇的时空收率能达到1.91g/(ml·h),CO单程转化率≥75%。在8.0MPa,250℃,空速16000h-1,n(H2)/n(CO2)≈3(原料气中无CO)时,甲醇的时空收率高达0.94g/(ml·h),CO2单程总转化率22.2%。C312型中低压合成甲醇催化剂优异的活性、选择性和耐热性,使其更适用于大型中低压甲醇合成装置。A novel methanol synthesis catalyst C312 developed by the Southwest Research and Design Institute of Chemical Industry was introduced and its performances were evaluated experimentally. Under 5.0MPa, 250℃, space velocity of 10,000h^-1, and feed gas volume composition of CO 12.0%-17.0%, CO2 3.0%-4.5%, N2 1.0%-12.0% and H2 68%-74%, the highest space time yield of methanol was up to 1.91 g.ml-I .h-l, and total conversion of CO was above 75% in once through. At 8.0 MPa, 250℃, space velocity of 16,000h^-1, H2/CO2 molar ratio of about 3 in feed gas without CO, the methanol space time yield could achieve 0.94 g.ml^-1 .h^-1 with a CO: total conversion of 22.2%. The excellent activity, selectivity and thermal stability of C312 catalyst makes it very suitable for use in large-scale methanol synthesis units.
