摘  要:深圳万科中心工程结构体系复杂,通过采用斜拉索将竖向结构和2层水平楼板相连接,从而在底部得到大跨度空间。通过对施工方案进行比较、改进和优化,采用了上部结构逆作法施工以及顺、逆作法相结合的施工方法,巧妙地解决了结构施工过程的索力及变形控制难题。ShenZhen Vanke Center Project will widely use the cable-stayed technology of large-span structures such as bridges in construction work, the structure is designed with cable-stayed structure conversion, than a continuous large space will be formed at the bottom of the building. The load of the upper structure will successfully be converted to vertical component through the steel structure of pre-stressed cable-stayed and the ground floor. The particular structural system of its construction process, structural safety and construction process for structural deformation control and so on, is an unprecedented technical problems and challenges.
