摘　　要：目的探讨病毒性脑炎(VE)患儿脑脊液钙、镁水平变化及其临床意义。方法测定112例VE患儿急性期脑脊液及其血清钙、镁水平,与106例非VE儿童相对照;同时比较VE轻型组(72例)和重型组(40例)患儿急性期脑脊液及其血清钙、镁水平。结果VE组患儿急性期脑脊液钙、镁及血清镁较对照组均明显降低,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.01)。重型VE组急性期脑脊液及血清钙、镁与轻型组比较均明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.01)。结论VE患儿急性期脑脊液钙、镁及其血清镁的水平均明显降低;病情越重其脑脊液及其血清钙、镁的水平降低越显著。Objective To investigate the changes of calcium and magnesium in cerebrospinal fluid in children with viral encephalitis and its clinical significance.Methods The levels of calcium and magnesium in serum and cerebrospinal fluid were determined in 112 children with viral encephalitis,including 72 cases with mild viral encephalitis and 40 cases with severe viral encephalitis in the acute stage.There were 106 children without viral encephalitis served as normal controls.Results The levels of calcium and magnesium in cerebrospinal fluid and the levels of magnesium in serum in children with viral encephalitis were lower than those of control group（all P〈0.01）.The levels of calcium and magnesium in cerebrospinal fluid and the levels of calcium and magnesium in serum in children with severe viral encephalitis were lower than those in children with mild viral encephalitis（all P〈0.01）.Conclusions Levels of calcium and magnesium in cerebrospinal fluid and that of magnesium in serum drop significantly in children with viral encephalitis during their acute stage.The more serious the disease is,the lower the levels come to be.
