摘　　要：目的探讨超声引导经皮肾穿刺输尿管镜气压弹道碎石治疗肾结石的安全性和疗效。方法分析2005年5月至2009年5月采用超声引导经皮肾穿刺应用输尿管镜联合气压弹道碎石治疗174例肾结石患者临床资料,评价其安全性和疗效。结果本组174例,穿刺成功率100%Ⅰ期成功取净结石148例,另24例经原造瘘口Ⅱ期成功取石,无严重并发症发生。结论采用超声引导经皮肾穿刺输尿管镜气压弹道碎石治疗肾结石具有创伤小、出血少、成功率高等优点,值得临床推广。Objective To evaluate the ultrasound - guided percutaneous renal biopsy ureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy for renal calculi in the safety and efficacy. Methods from May 2005 to May 2009 using ultrasound - guided percutaneotis renal puncture the joint application of ureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy 174 cases of kidney stones in patients with clinical data to evaluate its safety and efficacy. Results in this group 174 cases, puncture success rate of 100% Ⅰ period 148 cases stones were removed successfully, and the other 24 cases by the original stoma Phase Ⅱ successfully take stone, no serious complications occurred. Conclusion Ultrasound - guided percutaneous renal biopsy ureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy for renal calculi with less trauma, less bleeding, high success rate advantages, worthy to be popularized.
