摘 要:高糖高脂喂养联合链脲佐菌素诱导糖尿病大鼠模型,给予8或12周被动吸烟,检测大鼠血脂变化。结果显示糖尿病吸烟组总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、空腹胰岛素、游离脂肪酸升高,高密度脂蛋白胆周醇下降(均P〈0.05)。停止吸烟4周后总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、空腹胰岛素、游离脂肪酸下降(均P〈0.01),与糖尿病对照组比较差异无统计学意义(均P〉0.05)。提示吸烟可能与血脂紊乱及胰岛素抵抗之间有密切的联系,而戒烟在一定程度上可逆转吸娴带来的危害。Diabetic rat models were induced by high-glucose and high-fat feeding combined with streptozotocin. Serum lipids were determined after 8- or 12-week passive smoking and during smoking cessation. Total cholesterol, triglycerides, low-density lipoprotein-cholesterol, fasting insulin, and free fatty acids were increased in smoking groups ( all P〈0.05 ) ; while decreased 4 weeks after smoking cessation ( vs control group, all P〉0.05). High-density lipoprotein-cholesterol was decreased in smoking groups (all P〈0.01 ). The results suggested that smoking may play a role in dyslipidemia and insulin resistance of diabetic rats, and cessation of smoking may partly reverse the impact.
