摘  要:目的:探讨骨髓铁染色、幼稚红细胞百分率和网织红细胞百分率对贫血的诊断价值。方法:对1688例贫血病例,分别作骨髓铁染色、幼稚红细胞百分率和网织红细胞百分率检查。结果:缺铁性贫血患者骨髓铁染色内外铁降低,幼稚红细胞百分率30%~40%,网织红细胞百分率0.5%~5.0%;巨幼细胞性贫血患者幼稚红细胞百分率40%~50%;缺铁伴轻度巨幼细胞性贫血患者骨髓铁染色内外铁降低,幼稚红细胞百分率40%~50%,网织红细胞百分率0.5%~5.0%;溶血性贫血患者幼稚红细胞百分率>50%,网织红细胞>10%;再生障碍性贫血患者网织红细胞百分率<0.5%;慢性疾病性贫血患者骨髓铁染色外铁正常或增加,内铁降低,幼稚红细胞百分率<30%。结论:骨髓铁染色、幼稚红细胞百分率和网织红细胞百分率对贫血诊断具有重要价值。Objective:To explore application values of bone marrow iron-stain(BMIS),and percentages of erythrocytoblast(EP)and reticulated corpuscles(PRC)determination in anemia diagnosis.Methods:Clinical examination methods such as BMIS,EP,and PRC were carried out to 1688 simple anemia patients including 624 cases of iron deficiency anemia(IDA),382 cases of megaloblastic anemia(MA),180 cases of IDA accompanied by mild MA,128 cases of hemolytic anemia(HA),115 cases of aregeneratory animia(AA),and 259 cases of anemia caused by chronic diseases(ACD).Results:In IDA cases,intra-and extra-cell iron was decreased,EP range was 30%~40%,and PRC range 0.5%~5.0%;In MA cases,EP range was 40%~50%;In IDA plus MA cases,intra-and extra-cell iron was decreased,EP range was 40%~50% and PRC range 0.5%~5.0%;In HA cases,EP 50%,and PRC 10%;In AA cases,PRC 0.5%;In ACD cases,Intra-cellular iron decreased and exocellular iron increased,and EP 30%.Conclusions:BMIS,EP,and PRC determination have certain values in clinical diagnosis of anemia.
