摘 要:采用非自耗电弧炉制备了Ti-xZr-5Mo合金,利用X射线衍射仪、倒置金相显微镜、维氏硬度计、磨损试验机,测试并分析了Zr元素对合金的相结构、显微组织、硬度(HV)和磨损性能的影响。结果表明,Ti-xZr-5Mo合金主要由等轴的α晶粒组成,随着Zr含量的增加,合金中α相比例增大,但在慢速冷却过程中,Zr可以和β相稳定元素(Mo)一起,稳定β相至室温,使得退火后合金β相比例增大;且随着Zr含量的增加,合金的硬度(HV)值、耐磨性均显著提高。Effects of Zr element on phase structure,microstructure,Vickers hardness and wear resistance of Ti-xZr-5Mo alloy prepared by non-consumable electric arc furnace were analyzed by XRD(X-ray diffraction),4XC upside-down microscope for metallography,HV-50A sclerometer and M-200 abrasive machine.The results reveal that Ti-xZr-5Mo alloy is mainly composed of equiaxed α phase,and equiaxed α phase is increased with increasing in Zr content.However,β phase is increased in the annealed alloy during slow cooling rate,which is attributed to Zr element and Mo element stabilizing β phase to room temperature.Meanwhile,with increasing in Zr content,hardness and wear resistance of the alloy are greatly improved.
