摘  要:目的:探讨脓毒症模型大鼠淋巴细胞、单核细胞和中性粒细胞CD11b/c、CD62L、CD54和CD31的表达意义。方法:以盲肠结扎穿孔法制作脓毒症大鼠模型,采用流式细胞术检测模型大鼠外周血淋巴细胞、单核细胞和中性粒细胞CD11b/c、CD62L、CD54和CD31的表达情况。结果:与正常组比,脓毒症模型组淋巴细胞占外周血免疫细胞的百分比明显降低,中性粒细胞占外周血免疫细胞的百分比明显增高,而单核细胞数量无明显变化。脓毒症模型组淋巴细胞、单核细胞和粒细胞CD11b/c的表达均有不同程度的增加,而CD62L的表达均有不同程度的降低;淋巴细胞和单核细胞CD54的表达增加,中性粒细胞CD54表达无明显改变。中性粒细胞CD31阳性细胞的百分比与正常组相比明显下降。结论:淋巴细胞、单核细胞和中性粒细胞在脓毒症病理演变过程中发挥了一定作用,其表面黏附分子表达的变化可能是其机制之一。Objective To explore the significance of CD11b/c,CD62L,CD54 and CD31 expression on lymphocytes,monocytes and neutrophils in rat sepsis model Methods Based on flow cytometry,the expression of CD11b/c,CD62L,CD54 and CD31 on lymphocytes,monocytes and neutrophils in the sepsis model rats was observed,and compared with the control group. Results In the sepsis group,the percentage of lymphocytes in peripheral blood was lower than that of control,while the percentage of neutrophils increased visibly.No marked changes were shown in monocytes.In the model group,the expression of CD11b/c in lymphocytes,monocytes and neutrophils was higher than in the control group; however,the expression of CD62L was lower at various levels (P〉0.05).The expression of CD54 in lymphocytes and monocytes was higher than control,but without significant differences in the expression of CD54 positive cells in neutrophils.The percentage of CD31 positive cells was markedly lower than the control. Conclusion Lymphocytes,monocytes and neutrophils play an important role in the prognosis of sepsis.The changes of the expression of some surface adherent markers may be one of the mechanisms.
