摘  要:目的研究原癌基因c-jun、c-fos在光老化性疾病皮损中的表达,探讨c-jun、c-fos在光老化性疾病发病中的作用机制。方法应用免疫组化法检测c-jun、c-fos蛋白在正常组织、光老化性疾病皮损组织中表达。结果光老化性疾病皮损组织c-jun、c-fos蛋白表达高于其在正常对照组皮肤组织中的表达,其主要表达于细胞核,少数定于细胞浆;相关分析显示光老化性疾病皮损组织c-jun与c-fos之间呈正相关;不同类型光老化性疾病即慢性光化性皮炎、光化性弹性纤维病、日光性角化病皮损中c-jun、c-fos的表达无统计学差异。结论c-jun、c-fos表达异常可能共同参与光老化性皮肤病的发生、发展,但与光老化性疾病的临床类型无关。Objective To detect the expression of c-jun and c-fos protein in skin lesion of photoaged disease and investi- gate the role of c-jun and c-fos in the pathogenesis of photoaged disease. Methods c-jun and c-fos protein expression was examined by immunohistochemistry in normal skin tissues, lesional photoaged disease skin of different types. Results The expression of c-jun and c-fos in the photoaged disease was higher than that of in normal skin, c-jun and c-fos was located in both cytoplasma and nuclei, locating in nuclei of many cells and in cytoplasma of few cells. An positive correlation was found between c-jun and c-jun in photoaged disease. The expression of c-jun and c-fos in chronic actinic dermatitis, actinic elastosis , and solar keratosis had no difference. Conclusions c-jun,c-fos may play an important role in the pathogenesis and development of photoaged disease, but not relate to category of photoaged disease.
