摘　　要：目的: 了解麻风受累者手部畸残现状及接受手术矫治的意愿。方法: 对江苏11个市/县麻风院内、外存活的14 137例麻风受累者手部畸残现状、畸残相关因素和对手术矫治的需求进行了调查。结果: 麻风受累者手部畸残5627例(39.8%),单手(28.58%)高于双手(11.22%),现症及复发者(53.9%)高于治愈者(39.23%),多菌(65.02%)高于少菌(35.73%)。麻风反应者的畸残手增高(78.25%)。畸残手常见爪形指和猿掌。1951只手有手术适应证,1152例(60%)的患者愿意接受手术矫治。结论: 麻风受累者的手部畸残常见,需要建立相应策略开展手术矫治。Objective： To determine the prevalence of disabilities of hand among the persons affected by leprosy and their desire for operation. Methods： In a total of 14 137 active and cured leprosy patients 5627 were investigated for visible disabilities of hand, the factors associated with the disability and the needs for operative correction in 11 counties of Jiangsu Province. Results： The total prevalence of hand disability in this group of patients was 39.8% （5627/14 137）. The proportion of disability in single hand （28.58%） was higher than that in two hands （11.22%）; The prevalence of hand disability was higher in active patients （53.9%） than in cured patients （39.23%） and in MB （65%） than in PB （35.73%）, The prevalence of hand disability was significantly high in the patients with a history of leprosy reactions （78.25 % ）. The common clinical manifestations of disabilities were claw fingers and ape hand. One thousand, nine hundred and fifty - one disabled hands could be corrected by surgical operations, but less than 60% were willing to receive the operation. Conclusion： Hand disability is very com- mon among the persons affected by leprosy. Certain strategies are needed for the provision of surgical operation.
