自制可调节式悬吊治疗器治疗中老年急性胸腰段椎体压缩性骨折的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察自制可调节式悬吊治疗器治疗中老年急性胸腰段椎体压缩性骨折的临床疗效。方法:中老年急性胸腰段椎体压缩性骨折患者24例随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用自制可调节式悬吊治疗器治疗,对照组采用平卧垫枕治疗,治疗后分别对两组病例进行疼痛VAS评分、X线的Cobb角评分及并发症的比较。结果:疼痛VAS评分:治疗组与对照组在各个时点的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗组损伤时与治疗后各个时点的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Cobb角改善:治疗组与对照组在两个时点的比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗组伤后第1次和治疗结束后的Cobb角比较差别无统计学意义(P>0.05);并发症:治疗组无并发症发生,对照组有3例出现并发症。结论:应用自制可调节式悬吊治疗器治疗中老年急性胸腰段椎体压缩性骨折是一种相对可靠、客观、科学的方法,值得临床的应用和推广。Objective：To observe the effect of self-made adjustable suspended therapeutic machine for the treatment of the elderly patients with acute thoracolumbar vertebral compression fracture （ATVCF）. Methods：Twenty-four cases of the elderly patients with ATVCF were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. Patients in experimental group were treated with self-made adjustable suspended therapeutic machine,while patients in control group received the treatment of lying on a bolster. The efficacy was observed according to the VAS scores,the Cobb angle scores of X-rays and complications after the treatment. Results：No significant difference was found in VAS scores between experimental group and control group at each time point （P〉0.05）,but there was statistical difference in VAS scores in experimental group between the moment of injury and each time point after the treatment was （P〈0.05）. As for the changes of Cobb＇s angle,there was neither remarkable difference between the two groups at two time points （P〉0.05）,nor between the moment of injury and after the treatment in experimental group （P〉0.05）. Complications occurred in no case in experimental group but in 3 cases in control group. Conclusion：Self-made adjustable suspended therapeutic machine is a relatively safe,objective and scientific method for the treatment of elderly patients with ATVCF,and it is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
