复方杜仲片对腰椎间盘突出症患者外周血中IL-6及其mRNA表达的影响

摘　　要：目的:检测腰椎间盘突出症(LIDH)患者外周血中白介素6(IL-6)浓度及其mRNA表达水平,探讨中药复方杜仲片治疗LIDH的分子作用机制。方法:采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)和逆转录聚合酶链式反应(RT-PCR)技术分析LIDH患者治疗前后及正常人外周血中IL-6浓度及其mRNA表达水平的变化。结果:LIDH患者治疗前外周血中IL-6浓度及其mRNA表达水平较正常对照组显著增高,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经复方杜仲片治疗后IL-6浓度及其mRNA表达水平减低,与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);LIDH患者治疗前后IL-6浓度及其mRNA表达水平自身比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:复方杜仲片能通过降低LIDH患者外周血中IL-6浓度及下调其mRNA表达水平,达到治疗LIDH的作用。Objective：To test the changes of interleukin-6 （IL-6） and IL-6 mRNA expression levels in peripheral blood of patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation （LIDH） and to study the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine Compound Duzhong Pills in treating LIDH. Methods：The levels of IL-6 and IL-6 mRNA expression were detected by ELISA and RT-PCR in peripheral blood of normal people as well as in patients with LIDH before and after treatment. Results：The levels of IL-6 and IL-6 mRNA expression in patients before treatment were markedly increased compared with the healthy controls （P〈 0.05）,and decreased dramatically after treatment,which was insignificant compared with the healthy controls （P〉0.05）. Significant differences were observed in LIDH patients before and after treatment （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Compound Duzhong Pills can be a good therapy for LIDH by decreasing the levels of IL-6 and downregulating the expression of IL-6 mRNA in peripheral blood of patients with LIDH.
