轴流泵在浙江省大中型泵站中的应用及改造建议

摘　　要：通过对浙江省大中型泵站的水泵现状进行分析,发现轴流泵在大中型泵站中被广泛使用.由于这些大中型泵站轴流泵泵型落后,设备老化严重,需要采伯优秀的轴流泵水力模型,并对轴流泵叶轮等破损部件的更换、修复,对轴流泵叶片角度进行调节,以完成轴流泵更新改造.Axial flow pumps have been widely used since 1960s. The present situation of water pumps in large and middle scale pump stations in Zhejiang is analyzed in this paper, reflecting many problems, such as the backward type and equipment aging after a long time operation, which asks for renewal and transformation of the axial flow pump. The renewal and transformation approaches are also suggested in this paper, tally with the present situation of Zhejiang province.
