“人本”视域下的赛场观众管理

摘  要:2008年北京奥运会虽已经圆满结束,但有关赛场观众的"人本"管理却是近期研究的热点。对类型复杂多变的观众进行"人本化"管理既是构建和谐社会的需要,也是我国体育事业健康发展的必然要求。对此,研究认为可通过以下几方面进行努力:加强相关知识的宣传,提高群众的认识和学习水平;建立健全法律机制,加强执法力度用以维护"以人为本"理念的落实;对管理者进行业务培训,真正做到人民利益至上;对赛场观众的管理要区别对待,因人而异;满足观众的合理需求,促进观众的全面发展。The audience can be divided into the general audience, the professional audience, the family-type audience, the VIP- type audience, the obsessed audience and the work - based audience. Management to stadium audience in the Perspetive of“People -based” Theory is not only the needs of building a harmonious society, China sportshealthy development still need it. By strengthening the promotion of related knowledge to improve people's understanding and learning;establish and improve legal mechanisms to strengthen law in order to maintain “people-oriented”; professional training of managers for people' needs;manage stadium audience should be distinguish each people ; to meet the reasonable needs of the audience, and promote the audience in a comprehensive development.
