安徽省经济运行与电力消费关系分析

摘　　要：电力消费指标作为经济运行的先行指标,将直接预示本地区经济发展的状态,正确认清经济与电力之间的相关性在经济发展的非常时期显得尤为重要。本文从多角度开展安徽省经济运行与电力消费的关系研究。研究表明,近30年来,安徽经济运行与电力消费之间增长周期基本上呈同步变化趋势,而二者之间关系均表现为电力消费增速的波动幅度要大于经济增速的波动幅度;近10年来,安徽省三次产业用电增长与产业结构的调整正相关,在第一产业比重下降,第二产业比重持续上升的阶段,全社会用电增速从低于GDP增速转为高于GDP增速;而近5年来,安徽省典型地区用电增长情况也呈现出与本地区产业结构调整基本一致的趋势。Electricity consumption indexes,the indexes of leading economic indicators can predict the economic situation of the area.Thus recognizing the relation of electricity and economy in perspective is extremely important at a particular stage.The paper researches electricity consumption and national economy from multiaspect in Anhui Province.The results show that the movements of them for almost 30 years keep in time nearly,but the change of electricity consumption increment speed is prompter than economic change, and for almost lO years they are positive correlation between the industrial power consumption growth （ primary, secondary and tertiary industries） and industrial restructuring. At the stage of the proportion of primary industry dropped and the proportion of secondary industry raised constantly, in Anhui Province the total electricity consumption growth has been from the growth rate lower than that of GDP to the growth rate higher than that of GDP. For almost 5 years, there is a consistent tendency of the growth rate of electricity consumption and the readjustment of the industrial structure in Anhui typical areas.
