摘　　要：新时期随着高校内外环境的变化,高校学生会的"维权和服务"功能有弱化现象:学生会找不准自己的位置,其内容和方式过于官僚和繁杂,在干部的培养和使用上存在一定的问题。利用解释结构模型,从定量和定性的角度分析导致学生功能弱化的根本原因,提出相应对策,为高校思想工作者提供定论依据和参考。In the new era, with the change of university inside and outside environment, the ＂defending fights and providing service＂ function of the Student Union has been weakened. The article uses the explanatory structural model to analyze the basic reason which has caused the attenuated phenomenon of the Student Union from the quantitative and qualitative angles. As time goes by, the Student Union can not find its accurate position, its work content and ways are too bureaucratic and numerous, and it also has some problems on cadre training and using. This article proposes some countermeasures which provide certain theory basis and reference for the ideological workers of the university.
