摘　　要：充分利用馆藏资源为教学科研服务,打造办学品牌,是高校图书馆内涵发展的根本任务。潍坊教育学院图书馆通过提高馆藏质量、搭建服务平台、服务创新等措施促进了图书馆的内涵发展。Connotation development of library is composed of library conditions, library collections, librarians group, service methods and other elements. It is the fundamental task of the library connotation development to take advantage of library collections to serve teaching and research. This paper discusses the promoting effect of library connotation development by improving the library collections quality, building the service platform and so on.
