糖利平胶囊对2型糖尿病患者肺通气功能影响的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察中药糖利平胶囊对2型糖尿病患者肺通气功能变化的影响，为建立2型糖尿病整体防治方案提供实验数据。方法收集糖尿病患者40例，随机分为2组，治疗组给予西药降糖常规治疗加用中药糖利平胶囊，对照组给予西药降糖常规治疗，疗程6个月。于治疗前后检测糖化血红蛋白并测定肺功能。结果①治疗组与对照组治疗后HbAlc水平均较治疗前显着降低，（p〈0．01）；两组间治疗后比较HbAlc水平无显着性差异（p〉0．05）。②治疗后治疗组肺功能各项指标均数均高于对照组，其中VC、FVC、FEVI与对照组比较有显着性差异（p〈0．05）。结论西药降糖常规治疗和西药降糖常规治疗加用中药糖利平胶囊，均可很好地降低2型糖尿病患者糖化血红蛋白.改善患者肺功能；加用中药治疗较单纯西药治疗可以更好地延缓患者肺功能损伤的发展，显示了中药多途径、多靶点的整体调节优势，为糖尿病临床整体防治方案的建立提供了方法和思路。Objective Observe the effect of TangLiPing capsules on pulmonary function of type 2 diabetic patients in order to provide experimental data for the prevention and treatment of type 2 diabetic in the whole. Method 40 type 2 diabetic patients were collected and divided into two groups.Treating group was given of western medicine and group was given glucose-lowering treatment TCM TangLiPing capsules; glucose-lowering treat merit of western medicine. Treatment courses were 6 months, and pulmonary function and glycosylated hemoglobin of the patients were tested. Result （1） The level of HbAIC after treatment was lower than that before treatment in two groups .There were significant differences （p〈0.01）. There were no significant differences （p〉0.05）between two groups after treatment . （2）All index of pulmonary function were improved in two groups after treatment and there were significantly improvement in VC,FVC,FEV1 of pulmonary function in treating group.The differences were significant （p〈0.05）. Conclusions The western medicine glu cose-lowering treatment and western medicine glucose-lowering treatment plus TCM TangLiPing capsule both could decrease glycosylated hemoglobin of type 2 diabetes mellitus patients. Combined TCM treatment could delay the lung function damage development of patient well,which had demonstrated the clinical adjustment superiority of traditional Chinese medicine,and had provided the method and the strategy for the establishment of clinical prevention plan of diabetes.
