摘　　要：[目的]了解野外驻训地域卫生流行病学特征和影响官兵健康的问题,对指导做好官兵的卫生防疫保障工作提供科学依据。[方法]200X年7月,收集某驻训地域的地理气候、水源、环境、传染病与地方病、医学媒介生物、居民卫生习惯以及卫生人力资源等资料,查阅文献资料信息,并结合历年的现场调查资料进行分析,提出预防对策。[结果]驻训部队在某驻训地域驻训练时可能遇到的卫生问题包括当地气候条件对驻训官兵身体健康的影响,饮用水二次污染,环保缺乏监督管理,传染病和地方病威胁,医学媒介生物危害,军事劳动环境危害等。针对性提出卫生防疫保障对策。[结论]查明某驻训地域的卫生流行病学特征对指导做好卫生防疫工作发挥积极作用,能确保驻训官兵的身心健康和部队的战斗力。[Objective]To acquaint the characteristics of sanitary epidemiology and the factors which influences health of officers and soldiers in the military field exercising area,so as to afford scientific measures for sanitation and anti-epidemic support.[Methods]During July,200X,data of geographical climate,water source,environment,infectious disease and endemic disease,medical vector,resident＇s health habits and human resource of health were collected in the military exercising area,interrelated literature was consulted,integrated with data of spot investigation in the past years,preventive countermeasures were promoted.[Results]Health problems were likely to be met including local climate which influence health of officers and soldiers,secondary pollution of drinking water,lacking of supervision on environmental protection,danger of infectious disease and endemic disease,harm of medical vector and military working environment.The measures of sanitation and anti-epidemic support were promoted respectively.[Conclusion]It brings positively effect in supervising of sanitation and anti-epidemic work to master the characteristics of sanitary epidemiology in the military exercising area,which ensures the physical and mental health and the battle effectiveness of officers and soldiers.
