摘　　要：[目的]考察多糖铁复合物对营养性贫血大鼠的疗效,为多糖铁的开发应用提供理论依据。[方法]采用给予低铁饲料结合定期少量放血的方法建立缺铁性贫血大鼠模型,检测给药前后血红蛋白及红细胞内游离原卟啉含量。[结果]25、50、150 mg/kg.bw剂量组动物的血红蛋白含量,501、50 mg/kg.bw剂量组动物的红细胞内游离原卟啉含量与低铁对照组比较均有统计学意义(P<0.01),效果优于阳性对照组。[结论]多糖铁胶囊具有良好的改善营养性贫血的作用。[Objective]To investigate the therapeutic efficacy of polysaccharide-iron complex on rats with iron deficiency anemia（IDA）.provide theoretical basis for the development and application of polysaccharide-iron.[Methods]Rat model with IDA was prepared by offering low-iron feeds combining with periodic sparing loodletting.Changes of the index such as hemoglobin and protoporphyrin were determined.[Results]There were significant difference in the hemoglobin and protoporphyrin of the groups（50、150 mg/kg·bw） comparing with those of the negative control group（P〈0.01）.[Conclusion]Polysaccharide-iron complex has superior therapeutic efficacy on Rats with IDA.
