摘　　要：给出了R积分与L积分的联系与区别,使得在解决具体问题时,将R积分转化为L积分可以简化解答过程.Gives out links and distinction between R - integral and L - integral. In the solution of specific problems, R - integral will be transformed into L - integral to simplify the process of solving problem.
