摘 要:[目的]建立双黄连冻干粉高效液相色谱法(HPLC)指纹图谱检测方法,对其特征色谱峰进行归属研究。[方法]将双黄连冻干粉HPLC指纹图谱与各组成单味药代表成分的HPLC指纹图谱进行比较分析,利用各色谱峰的相对保留时间,对双黄连冻干粉主要色谱峰进行归属和定性。[结果]HPLC指纹图谱中分离得到21个色谱峰,确定了指纹图谱中7个特征色谱峰的归属,分别为:绿原酸、连翘酯苷、黄芩苷、连翘苷、木犀草素、汉黄芩苷和黄芩素。[结论]利用指纹图谱技术对双黄连冻干粉中主要特征峰进行定性研究,可为实现对药品的质量控制进行整体描述和评价奠定基础。[Objective] To establish the fingerprint of Shuanghuanglian Powder-Injection by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), and to qualitatively analyze the marker peaks of Shanghuanglian Powder-Injection. [Methods] The HPLC fingerprint of Shuanghuanglian Powder-Injection was compared with those reference substances of corresponding component herbs. The relative retention time of each peak, and some reference substances were used in the analyses. [Results] Twenty-one marker peaks were separated by HPLC, seven marker peaks were confirmed to the Shuanghuanglian powder-injection respectively, as follow: caffeotannic acid, forsythoside, baicalin, forsythin, luteolin, wogonoside and baicalein. [Conclusion] Some marker peaks and their synergy origins can be identified by chromatographic fingerprint technology,which can provide much useful information to the quality control of Shuanghuanglian Powder Injection.
