摘  要:[目的]分析桃仁及苦杏仁提取液的高效液相表现并比较其毒性。[方法]将桃仁提取液、苦杏仁提取液及苦杏仁苷标准液作高效液相分析,并把豚鼠作为实验对象,以过敏反应为指标,观察它们的毒性作用。[结果]桃仁提取液及苦杏仁提取液均有苦杏仁苷标准液同样的高效液相表现,并且存在不同程度的毒性反应。同时还测定到它们的安全使用剂量。[结论]桃仁提取液与苦杏仁提取液均具一定毒性作用,桃仁提取液较轻。安全剂量下不表现毒性作用。[Objective] To perform the HPLC determination of the extract of peach kernel and semen armeniacae amarum for understanding the main component of them and to compare their toxicity. [Methods] The determination of HPLC on these two extracts was performed. Using guinea pig as the test animal and taking hypersensitive reaction as the criteria the toxicity experiment was finished. [Results] Both extracts of peach kernel and semen armeniacae amarum had the same appearance of amygdalin in HPLC. They also had some toxicity, including cough, spasm and death. The safe dosage, however, could be obtained as well, under which the test animal expressed without any discomfort. [Conclusion] The main ingredient of the extract of peach kernel and semen armeniacae amarum was amygdalin. They had some toxicity. Among them peach kernel was less than that of the other one. Under the safe dosage the test animals do not appear any toxic reaction.
