摘　　要：大学生成就动机是心理学的重要课题之一。作者对近年来国内关于少数民族大学生成就动机的实证研究情况进行了综述,以期对将来少数民族大学生成就动机研究提供借鉴和参考。Undergraduates＇ achievement motivation is one of the most important topic in Psychology recently. The author sums up the researches about the minority nationality undergraduates＇ achievement motivation. We wish the summary can refer researches about minority nationality undergraduates＇ achievement motivation.
