摘　　要：文章针对已经实施的2008年篮球规则和将要实施的2010年篮球规则新修改的部分内容进行了探讨,通过对规则精神实质的了解,使人们掌握新规则对篮球运动技战术的影响,使教练员在篮球运动训练中尽快熟悉新规则,在篮球技战术上做出相应的改进。为篮球教学训练提供参考。The paper is doing a research in accordance with the newly modified contents of implemented 2008 basketball rules and the one that will be implemented in 2010. By understanding the spiritual essence of basketball rules, it is to make people understand the impact of new rule on the basketball technique and tactics, and make coaches familiar with the new rule as soon as possible during the basketball training, so as to make some relevant improvement, which will provide the reference for basketball teaching.
