摘  要:TC4钛合金的屈服强度和弹性模量比值高,故其成形后回弹量大,成形后尺寸不精确,难以成形出合格零件,需要进行校形,以得到合格零件。因此本文基于大型商用模拟软件ANSYS建立了钛合金热应力校形的模型,利用软件中LS-DYNA求解器,对钛合金热应力校形的过程进行了模拟。从而找出钛合金热应力校形中的一些规律和校形最佳参数,以指导实践中的校形,并进行了一些试验来验证模拟的可信度,试验证明模拟的可信度是可以信赖的,期望能够将其用于指导生产。The ratio between the yield strength (σs) and elastic modulus of TC4 titanium alloy is very high. So the springback amount after forming of TC4 is big at room temperature and the quality of TC4 part is inferior. According to these reasons, the TC4 titanium forming parts need to correct the shape in order to get the accurate dimensions. In this paper, the model of TC4 hot sizing by ANSYS software was established. And then the hot sizing numerical simulation of TC4 was done through ANSYS LS--DYNA solution. By the simulation, some rules and optimum parameters during the hot sizing process were brought up. Finally, some experiments were done in order to verify simulation results. These experiments prove that the results of simulation are credible, which can be applied on the production.
