摘　　要：文章从新形势下科研单位思想政治工作新特点、新挑战入手,探讨了科研单位思想政治工作创新的依据、背景、思路和内容,并从观念创新、重心转移、突出重点、方法创新、形式载体创新和体制机制创新等方面详细论述了创新内容,结合基层党组织的创新实践,提出了"四观念、四转移、三重点、三方法、多载体、四机制"等一系列工作创新观点。Starting with the new characteristics and challenges of the ideological and political work in scientific research units at the new age, the foundation, background, train of thought and content of this innovation was discussed in the paper. The content of the innovation was discussed in details from such aspects of the concept innovation, focus shift, point focused, innovating approach, the innovation of form and mechanism and so on. The suggestions involved ＂four concepts＂, ＂four key point shift＂, ＂three keynote＂, ＂three methods＂, ＂more media＂ and ＂four mechanisms＂ were put forward according to the previous practice of innovation in basic communist party organism.
