关节镜下治疗胫骨髁间棘撕脱骨折的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的介绍膝关节镜下胫骨髁间棘撕脱骨折的复位和用空心钉加垫片固定的治疗方法。方法手术在关节镜监视下,清理骨折块及骨折床的软组织及积血块后,用关节镜探钩可解剖复位骨折块,用导针固定骨折块后在导针引导下拧入空心钉固定。结果术后随访6-12个月,用Lysholm膝关节功能评分评定膝关节功能,术前为(44±12.5)分、术后(94±1.6)分。结论经关节镜下空心钉固定胫骨髁间棘撕脱骨折是一种简单、微创、安全、有效的方法。Objective To discribe the arthroscopic reduction and fixation of tibial intercondylar eminence fracture with cannulaed screw and clonts The fragments were rednced and fixed with cannulated screws and clouts,Arthroscopic technigues were adopted in all case.Results The fracture healed completely in all patients,The pre-and post-operative Lysholm knee scores were （ 44.0±12.5） and （94±1.6）.Conclusion Arthroscopic fixation of fracture of the tibial intercondylar eminence with cannulated screw and clouts is a simple effective procedure.
