摘  要:为了生产深冲用铝镇静钢DC04,炼钢采用低碳低硅冶炼技术、RH真空脱碳工艺,热轧按照"三高一低"的温度制度控制,冷轧采用大压下率轧制及缓慢加热的高温退火工艺。通过检验分析,开发的DC04钢显微组织特征及有利织构比例达到理论要求,力学性能满足标准要求。生产的DC04产品,质量稳定可靠,完全能够满足用户要求。In order to produce aluminium killed steel DC04 for deep drawing, the low-carbon low-silicon smelting by converter technology by RH were adopted in the steelmaking process; in hot rolling, accurate temperature for control system was designed; a large reduction ratio for cold roiling and the high temperature process by slow heating in annealing were used. By test, the texture and the microstructure of developed DC04 steel achieved the theory requirements; the mechanical properties of the products met the needs of the Standard. The DC04 products produced had stable and reliable quality and met user's requirements completely.
