摘  要:在频繁巨大的冲击负荷下,精轧机AGC油缸连续多个出现了裂纹。通过有限元分析及强度校核计算,发现裂纹产生的原因是应力集中与设计承载不足。经过优化再设计,消除了应力集中点,实现了油缸在线安全运行17个月的行业纪录,直接经济效益达440万元。Under the massive frequent impact load, the continuous several finishing mill AGC cylinder appeared cracks. According to the finite element analysis and strength calibration, the reason of cracks was the stress concentration and that design-loading was not enough. By optimizing the redesign, the stress concentration points were eliminated, creating the industrial record of the cylinder' s safe running online during 17 months, and making the economic profit up to 4.4 million.
