摘 要:涝害是影响作物生长发育和产量与品质的主要限制因子之一。为了探讨不同种质幼苗期耐劳性差异,选用8个花生品种,在幼苗期进行水淹处理,测定各项生长发育指标及根系乙醇脱氢酶(ADH)含量,从而鉴定不同花生品种的耐涝性差异。结果表明,不同花生品种之间在株高、叶片长、根颈粗、根系颜色、各器官鲜重和乙醇脱氢酶(ADH)含量上均存在耐涝性差异。研究结果与大田试验间有一定相关性,但也存在品种间差异。因此,针对各个生育期的耐性鉴定依然是必要的。The waterlogging injury is one of main restrictive factors affecting crops growth, development, yield and quality. In order to explore the different germplasm difference Waterlogging Tolerance at Seedling Stage , the eight peanut varieties were treated under waterlogging condition to determine different growth and development indexes and ADH content in roots for identifying their difference of waterlogging tolerance. The results showed that there was difference in plant height, leaf length, root diameter, root color, fresh weight of different organs and ADH content between different peanut varieties. There was a certain correlation between the pot and field tests but there was difference between different peanut varieties in waterlogging tolerance. Therefore, the waterlogging tolerance of peanut varieties should be further identified at different growth periods.
