心包穿刺留置中心静脉导管加尿激酶灌洗法治疗结核性心包积液10例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:心包腔尿激酶灌洗法对结核性心包积液的作用。方法:应用尿激酶反复灌洗心包腔,观察患者症状和心包腔分离程度以及防治心包粘连和缩窄的作用。结果:治疗后临床症状缓解率100%,随访8月后,1例出现心包缩窄。结论:心包穿刺留置中心静脉导管加尿激酶灌洗法能够有效缓解症状,有防治心包粘连和缩窄的作用。Objective： To approach the effect of urokinase douche on tuberculous pericadial effusion.Methods：The cavitas pericardialis was douched with urokinase repeatedly, then the relationship between the symptom of patients and the segregative extent of cavitas pericardialis, and the effect of preventing pericardial accretion and stegnosis were observed. Resuets：Symptoms of all patients are relaxed,and only one patient presented constrictive pericarditis ＇after 8 months follow up.Conclusion：h is effective to relieve symptoms by paracentesis perieardii with pemaining central venous catheter and with urokinase douching, which is also effevtive to prevent pericardial accretion and stegnosis.
