摘　　要：以辽宁省500 kV及以上电网规划工程为依托,针对辽宁省电网"负荷密度大、容量大、结构密集、外受电源比例大、短路容量大"的特点,提出了辽宁省大型受端立体化双环网的建设方案,并重点论述了辽宁省大型立体化受端电网的构建思路、基本原则和结构研究。Base on the 500 kV and above power grid planning project and according to the features of high loading density, large capacity, intensified structure, large receiving electricity portion and high short-circuit capacity of Liaoning power grid, the construction plan of large scale receiving-end stereo power grid of Liaoning province is propose. The construction concept, basic principles and structure research are described.
