微凸体油膜弹性支承效应的分析与研究

摘　　要：为证实微凸体油膜弹性支承效应的存在,研究采用了两次正交试验法,并进行28次刨切实验.结果表明,无油刨切与涂油润滑刨切所产生的切屑参数有明显区别,从而验证了微凸体油膜弹性支承效应的客观存在.To verify the existence of the elastic supporting effect of oil film on micro-bulge, orthogonal experimental methods have been used twice, and 28 planing experiments have been made. The results show that there＇ s a distinct difference between dry planing and lubricated planing in the chip parameters, and the objective existence of the elastic supporting effect of oil film on micro-bulge is verified.
