摘 要:试验共制作39个素混凝土试件,其中立方体试件27个,棱柱体试件12个.通过不同的试验方法,分别对各试件进行了抗压试验,根据试验所得出的普通混凝土试件及用碳纤维约束混凝土试件的抗压对比试验数据,重点研究了碳纤维约束混凝土的抗压力学性能,得到了碳纤维对混凝土试件承载力的加强效果.试验结果表明:CFRP布可横向约束混凝土变形从而间接提高受压构件的承载力,提高程度与混凝土自身强度有关;CFRP布约束混凝土柱轴心受压的破坏形态、CFRP布缠绕混凝土柱的应力—应变关系曲线形状及峰值应力、峰值应变、极限应变与柱缠绕前的轴压比、CFRP布的缠绕量以及纤维特征值有关.该研究为实际加固工程提供了理论依据,具有较强的现实意义.Thirty nine concrete test samples have been manufactured altogether in this experiment, among them, twenty seven is cube and other twelve is prism. From the results of laboratory testing for CFRP confined concrete under static uniaxial compression are presented. By analyzing the experimental results, this paper focuses on the compressive mechanical properties of CFRP confined concrete, get the reinforcement effect of concrete with CFRP. The experimental results show that CFRP confined concrete horizontal cloth deformation can indirectly raise the bearing capacity of compression members, and the improving of capacity relates with the concrete strength; CFRP cloth bound axially loaded concrete columns of the failure modes, CFRP wrapped concrete columns cloth stress-strain curve shape and peak stress, peak strain, strain the limits of entanglement relate with the column before the axial compression ratio, CFRP wrapped cloth, as well as the value of the fiber characteristics. The study provides a theoretical basis for the actual reinforcement works, and thus is of practical significance.
