摘　　要：主要研究我国项目风险过程中的评估体系,即通过研究,提供一套在我国既定的宏观经济环境和法制体系下,适合我国国情的一系列对风险项目申请与评估方法,为风险投资机构提供详细的风险控制体系,同时,为投资决策提供依据.从影响投资决策的信用因素、风险因素、收益因素3个方面构造风险投资项目评价指标体系,利用线性规划的方法构建了项目评价模型,对于风险投资项目评价向科学化、定量化、规范化方向的发展具有积极的正面作用.This paper studies the process of our project risk assessment system, that is, through research, established in China to provide a macroeconomic environment and legal system, the condition of our country for a series of risk assessment methods and projects for the venture capital institutions to provide detailed risk control system, provided the basis for investment decision-making The impact of the investment decision-making issues from the credit factors, risk factors, income structure of risk factors in three areas of investment projects evaluation system using the method of linear programming to build a project evaluation model, for evaluation of the risk of investment projects to the scientific, quantitative, standardized the development of the direction of the positive role.
