云南大理州烤烟品种红花大金元内在化学成分评价

摘　　要：以大理州烤烟品种红花大金元为材料,分析了红大内在化学成分的含量状况以及不同等级、不同年份间的化学成分含量状况,结果表明:红大的总糖和还原糖含量略高于适宜范围,烟碱、总氮、氧化钾、氯含量和糖碱比值整体较适宜,氮碱比值略低于适宜范围.Taken the Dali Honghuadajinyuan flue-cured tobacco variety as the material, we did the analysis on the internal chemistry composition of Honghuadajinyuan variety in terms of different grades and different years. We get the conclusion as follows： the content of total sugar and reducing sugar is slightly beyond the appropriate scope. The specific values of nicotine, total nitrogen, oxidize potassium, chlorine and sugar alkali are totally appropriately while the ratio of nitrogen alkali is slightly lower than appropriate scope.
