摘　　要：探讨聚酯熔体的粘度、端羧基和DEG等质量指标对直纺POY可纺性的影响。实践结果表明,聚酯熔体的粘度取0.675±0.003 dL/g,并通过适当提高聚酯熔体的端羧基质量摩尔浓度和DEG质量分数可改善直纺POY的可纺性。This article explores the influence of polyester melt viscosity, terminal carboxyl and DEG quality indicators on spinnability of direct spinning pre-oriented yarn（POY）. Practical result shows that when the polyester melt viscosity is taken as 0. 675 ±0. 003 dl/g, and the mass molar concentration of polyester terminal carboxyl and DEG mass fraction are improved appropriately, the spinnability of direct spinning POY can be improved.
