摘  要:以湖南湘潭至衡阳高速公路西线加筋格宾挡墙为工程背景,通过MTS万能材料试验机模拟交通荷载,对加筋格宾挡墙、绿色加筋格宾挡墙和钢网面板土工格栅加筋土挡墙三种加筋挡墙分别施加五种频率(2、4、6、8、10Hz)、四种幅值(30~60、40~80、50~100、60~120kPa)的交通荷载,每种幅值不同频率时竖向荷载作用次数不少于10万次,每种幅值不少于40万次,每种加筋挡墙累计荷载作用次数不少于200万次。得到了三种新型挡墙在竖向疲劳荷载作用下的最大水平变形、最大沉降量位置及最大累计水平变形率、最大累计沉降变形率的大小,总结了三种挡墙在不同动应力幅值、不同频率的重复荷载作用下的疲劳力学特性。所得结果为上述三种加筋结构在交通荷载作用下的工程应用提供了设计参数。Taking the reinforced gabion retaining wall of Xiangtan to Hengyang express highway in Hunan province as project background, traffic load is simplified by MTS universal material tester and five kinds of frequencies (2, 4, 6, 8,10 Hz) and four amplitudes (30-60, 40- 80, 50 - 100, 60 - 120 kPa) are imposed on three types of new reinforced retaining walls during the lab test. For each amplitude,the action times of vertical load are no less than 100 thousand at different frequencies and 40 thousand at each amplitude. For each reinforced retaining wall, the accumulated load applications are no less than 2 million. The fatigue behavior of reinforced gabion retaining wall, green reinforced gabion retaining wall and geogrid reinforced retaining wall of flexible surface under repeated loading of different frequencies and amplitudes is obtained. The maximum horizontal deformation, the position of maximum settlement, the maximum accumulated horizontal deformation rate and accumulated settlement rate of these three types of new reinforced retaining walls under repeated load are obtained. The results provide some design parameters for the engineering application of these three types of new reinforced retaining walls under traffic load.
