鼻内镜治疗上颌窦真菌病75例临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨上颌窦真菌病有效的微创治疗方法。方法回顾性分析2005年1月～2008年1月在该科治疗的75例上颌窦真菌病的临床资料,均行经鼻内镜手术。结果该组病例症状均消失,上颌窦开口开放良好,窦腔黏膜上皮化,无异常分泌物,上颌窦冲洗液清洁,随访6个月～2年,无1例复发者。结论鼻内镜手术是治疗上颌窦真菌病有效的方法之一,安全、创伤小、恢复快、并发症少。[ Objective ] To investigate the effective minimally- invasive treatment for rhinomycosis in maxillary sinus. [Methods] A retrospective study was carried out on 75 cases with rhinomycosis in maxillary sinus treated in our hospital from Jan 2005 to Jun 2008, all the eases were cured by endoscopic sinus surgery. [Results] The symptoms disappeared in all the cases. There was no reoccurrence by the end of a follow-up period of 6 months to 2 years. [Conclusion] Endoscopic sinus surgery is one of the effective methods for the treatment of rhinomyeosis in maxillary sinus. It is safe and little invasive, and also provides the benefit of early recovery and few complications.
