摘 要:为了解决以往安全文化问卷调查过程中忽视抽样方法设计这一问题,对抽样方法设计中的抽样方法的选择及样本容量的确定进行研究.通过对企业员工结构的分析以及各种抽样方法的比较,确定分层抽样是最适合企业安全文化问卷调查的抽样方法.在样本容量确定过程中,在预调查的基础上,利用尼曼分配法计算出在既定可靠性下安全文化测量中样本总量及各层样本量.最后通过实例分析证实利用分层抽样和尼曼分配法得到的样本量符合企业实际情况,并具有数学统计意义.In the past, the questionnaire on safety culture often ignored the sampling approach. In order to solve this problem, this paper attempts to study the selection of sampling approach and the determination of sample capacity when sampling approach is designed. Through the analysis of enterprise workers' structure and the comparison of various sampling approach, this paper suggests that stratified sampling is the most suitable sampling approach for the questionnaire on enterprise safety culture. Based on the determination of sample capaeity and the pre-survey, this study, by using Niemann distribution method, calculates the sample total and sample size of each stratification in the given reliability when safety culture is measured. Finally, by using examples, this study proves that the sample size, obtained by using stratified sampling and Niemann distribution method, is in accordance with the actual situation of the enterprise, meanwhile it is of mathematical statistics significance.
